Renting Bradley House
Prices quoted are for the exclusive use of Bradley House and grounds for three weekend days (Fri/Sat/Sun) or three week days (Tue/Wed/Thu). Prices are for the whole house including bedrooms (doubles, twins and two family suites) to sleep up to 24 adults plus children.
You can add our Coach House (which is a venue licensed for music and dancing until midnight), complete with stables and bar as a party suite if required. If you are planning a sit-down meal and your number of guests exceeds 60 you will need to add our marquee. The prices for a marquee are shown below.

Renting our Marquee
We have a pavilion marquee (no poles) attached to our Coach House with its Stables and Bar. The prices shown include lining, wood flooring, up-lighting, heating, a large catering area, awnings to the Coach House and the loos. The use of our luxury loos is also included.
