Renting Bradley House
Prices quoted are for the exclusive use of Bradley House and grounds for three weekend days (Fri/Sat/Sun) or three week days (Tue/Wed/Thu) or one weekday (exc Fri). Prices are for the whole house including bedrooms (doubles, twins and two family suites) to sleep up to 24 adults plus children.
You can add our Coach House (which is a venue licensed for music and dancing until midnight), complete with stables and bar as a party suite if required. If you are planning a sit-down meal and your number of guests exceeds 60 you will need to add our marquee. The prices for a marquee are shown below.

Renting our Marquee
We have a pavilion marquee (no poles) attached to our Coach House with its Stables and Bar. The prices shown include lining, wood flooring, up-lighting, heating, a large catering area, awnings to the Coach House and the loos. The use of our luxury loos is also included.
